Matt
loved all seasons. In the winter, he would go to Country Home Park
with his family to sled. He had no fear of speed or danger. He would
sled again and again, trying to go as fast as he could. One day,
as Tom and the other kids watched in horror, Matty sped down the
hill directly towards a tree. He hit the tree hard, bounced off
the sled, and lay on the ground without moving. Everyone was terrified
that he was severely injured. Before Tom could reach him, Matt got
up, and was ready for another ride.
