Matt was born at Fairview Southdale Hospital in March 29th, 1984. He weighed 10 pounds, 2 ounces at birth. He lived in St. Paul until he was a year old, then moved to Pilot Knob Road in Eagan. His grandparents are Lynn and Marion Balow. His uncle Paul lives in California. Matt has three brothers (Kris, Jon and Lee) and two sisters (Lisa and Jessica). He went to Pilot Knob Elementary School, Grass Middle School, Friendly Hills Middle School, DECALS, and he graduated from Henry Sibley High School. Because he signed his papers MATT Y(oung), his teachers thought he wanted to be called Matty. Matt ate his food plain. He liked hamburgers and hot dogs without ketchup or mustard. He ate spaghetti without sauce. When Matty was young, his favorite color was purple. His kindergarten teacher took away his purple crayon, because that was the only one he would use. As an adult, orange was a favorite. Matty liked to wear suit coats and ties to elementary school. |
